Alejandra Chinea Muñoz is a Co-Founder of Rodríguez & Chinea Muñoz, PLLC (RCM). Her seven years of immigration law experience include employment-based and family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, adjustment of status, asylum, waivers, removal and deportation defense, consular processing, U.S. citizenship issues, federal court litigation, appeals, and humanitarian relief.
Before founding RCM, Mrs. Chinea Muñoz was an Associate Attorney at Cordero & Associates, P.A., where she specialized in employment-based and family-based immigration.
Mrs. Chinea Muñoz served as an Attorney Advisor for the Executive Office for Immigration Review, providing legal counsel to Immigration Judges in the interpretation of complex areas of the Immigration and Nationality Act and criminal matters.
She also worked as an Associate Attorney for the Rutgers Law School Immigrant Rights Clinic, representing New Jersey’s detained and nondetained immigrants before the immigration courts, USCIS, and Federal Courts.
She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
