Erica Rodríguez is a founding partner of Rodríguez & Chinea Munoz, PLLC, who has over 15 years of experience providing strategic and results-driven representation in high-stakes, complex immigration matters. She is deeply committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the intricacies of the U.S. immigration system with confidence and clarity.
Before co-founding the firm, Erica specialized in immigration law at several boutique law firms in Miami and New York City. She has a track record of success in litigating a wide range of cases, including removal (deportation) defense matters, family-based petitions, and employment-based immigration cases. She represents high-ranking politicians, CEOs of multinational corporations, influential scientists, and other public figures. Her background also includes criminal defense work in New York, where she gained invaluable experience defending clients in federal and state courts. This dual expertise allows her to effectively navigate parallel proceedings and advocate for immigrants facing legal challenges at the intersection of criminal and immigration law.
At Rodríguez & Chinea Munoz, PLLC, Erica leverages her extensive experience and deep knowledge of immigration law to fight for her clients’ rights and achieve favorable outcomes before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the federal courts.
A proud Puerto Rican, Erica is passionate about providing exceptional legal counsel and empowering her clients through skilled advocacy. She is fluent in English and Spanish, proficient in Italian, and has a rudimentary command of Russian.
